The Narrabeen All Nighter is a race to complete the furthest distance in 12 hours.

The race is held on a Pedestrian/Bike Path along Narrabeeen Lake, NSW, 20km Nth of Sydney.

There will be divisions for Male, Female and Teams of two. Teams can change at the end of any complete lap.


The course is held over 3.3333km laps, 1.6666km out and return by the same path. The course is scenic, dead flat and mostly sheltered by trees and bulidings. Entrants can use their 100km split as a qualifyer to represent Australia at the IAU 100km World Cup.

The race is sanctioned by AURA, Australian Ultra Runners Association In, and has an IAU Label.

Aid Station
The main Aid Station is at the Start/Finish.


The aid station will be stocked with water, sportsdrink, juice and soft drinks.

Fruit, cake, biscuits, chocolate, lollies.


A secondary aid station will be near the 1.6667km turn, with water, and some basic food.

Weather
Typical temps from 18 min to 26 max. Humid with a sea breeze until midmight.
Trophies
Trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd 3rd for male and female in both events,

Age/Gender trophy. Age/gender points are calculated for all runners in both events.

A trophy will be awarded for the best age/gender related perfomance, and is restricted to non placegetters.
There will also be trophies for novice ultra runners and medals for Age Groups of 3 or more.

The entry fee is tba.


Entries close at 6pm Thur 3/1/13 and may be limited to 60 entries.

Hot Showers available from 7:30 am Sunday Jan 6.

Travel
By Car, either by Wakehurst Parkway or Pittwater Road to Mactier St Lights,


Turn West and follow the road adjacent to the Lake.


For travel from Sydney Airport-


Train to Wynyard, about $15, L90 bus, about $6, to Macteir St, 1 km walk to the Start.
